Villa Smolčić is located in the village of Okrug gornji on the southern coast of the island Čiovo. It has been built in 2006. in the peacefull part of the island. Beautiful view from the house spreads upon islands Brač and Šolta.

Every apartment has air conditionig, a satellite TV, bathroom with a shower booth, a balcony and a kitchen. Kitchens are completely equipped with a fridge, dishes, cutlery, and an espresso-machine. The rooms are two-bedded but in the living rooms there are extractable couches for two persons.

The distance to the sea where you can find two small beaches is about 90 m. There is a bigger beach along which are found a few caffe-bars and grocery stores and it is located about 1 km away from the house. The nearest store is 200m away, a restaurant is 800m, and a tennis center is about 2 km away. In the town of Trogir (4km) you can find a bank, post-office and a drug-store.

Grad Trogir is a smal town rich with significant cultural sites. UNESCO has placed under protecton the complete town center. Night-life is almost vivid as in Split. Split, the capital town of the region is 30 km away and the airport is 7 km away. Nearby (20 km) is a popular disco-club Aurora in Primošten.
